We are looking for a highly creative and motivated individual to join our Global In-house Brand Studio as a Senior Brand Designer. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to shape the visual identity of a rapidly expanding global brand. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually compelling content that enhances brand awareness and drives engagement across multiple channels. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute to large-scale campaigns seen by millions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Creative Director to develop visually impactful content for brand communications and campaigns.
• Create original graphics and visuals for various media, including campaign key visuals, social media, video storyboards, and print materials.
• Lead visual explorations from concept to implementation, clearly communicating design decisions to the team.
• Collaborate with product marketing, partners, and growth teams to generate creative ideas that elevate the brand.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels and continuously evolve the design to meet business needs.
• Design partner content with a focus on maintaining brand consistency, particularly in sports-related collaborations.
• Research and incorporate AI-assisted visuals to meet high-quality standards.
• Work on diverse projects simultaneously across international markets.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in a creative agency or in-house design studio, preferably with a focus on campaigns.
• A strong online portfolio showcasing your design and conceptual abilities.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other graphic design tools.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest design trends, including AI-assisted creative work.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on creating visually captivating designs.
• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and art direction is a plus.
• Crypto-enthusiast with an understanding of market dynamics is advantageous.
• Must be located in the APAC region.
