Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Growth Strategy Manager to drive operational strategies and support the continued expansion of our platform. In this role, you will develop and optimize strategies for various growth channels, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure goal achievement, manage risks, and enhance platform governance. You will play a crucial role in supporting product promotion, monitoring channel effectiveness, and staying ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy Development: Understand growth channels, identify pain points, and develop targeted strategies to ensure healthy business growth.
• Goal Achievement: Review and optimize strategies continuously, providing actionable insights and improvement plans to support the business team in achieving targets.
• Channel Management: Monitor and analyze the performance of governance strategies, adjust rules as needed, and respond to real-time feedback from business teams and channels.
• Product Promotion: Collaborate with product and research teams to implement promotional and growth strategies, enhancing platform governance and efficiency.
• Industry and Competitor Analysis: Conduct industry and competitor analysis, tracking trends and providing insights to inform strategy development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 3+ years of experience in operations, strategy, analysis, or user growth roles.
• Previous experience in large-scale e-commerce, food delivery, or live streaming operations is a plus.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to derive insights and produce business reports.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working across time zones and regions.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methods, with strong implementation and coordination abilities.
• Fluency in both Chinese and English (spoken and written).
