About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Community Executive to manage and grow the community for a new DeFi protocol. In this role, you will oversee social media channels such as Twitter and Discord, engage with community members, and build partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to promote the project. You will also support broader marketing initiatives, including public relations and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Community Management & Growth: Develop and implement strategies to engage the community on platforms like Twitter and Discord, facilitate positive discussions, address questions, and organize community events.
• Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage content across social channels, monitor trends, and analyze performance.
• Partnership Development: Identify and collaborate with KOLs and influencers to enhance project visibility and grow the community.
• Marketing Support: Assist with public relations, event planning, and broader marketing efforts while gathering community insights to inform strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in community management or social media roles, ideally in the blockchain or DeFi space.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Twitter and Discord.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in building partnerships and collaborating with influencers is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Chinese, with strong writing skills in both; Mandarin speaking is essential.
