We are seeking an experienced Director of Growth Campaigns to play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base through innovative, data-driven marketing initiatives. In this leadership position, you will oversee a team of campaign managers and specialists, guiding them through the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns across both digital and traditional marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Campaign Development: Craft and refine a comprehensive growth campaign roadmap that aligns with business objectives and growth targets, utilizing insights from market research and customer analytics.
• Leadership and Team Management: Provide hands-on leadership to the campaign team, actively participating in planning, execution, and optimization while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Multi-Channel Campaign Oversight: Manage the planning and execution of growth campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms (paid search, social media, display advertising, email marketing) and traditional media (print, TV, radio).
• Audience Segmentation and Targeting: Define target audience segments and develop personalized messaging and creative assets to effectively engage customers at every stage of their journey.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools and attribution models to track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and extract actionable insights to enhance ROI.
• Experimentation and Optimization: Promote a culture of testing and learning by conducting A/B tests, multivariate analyses, and other experiments to identify opportunities for improvement and drive performance gains.
• Budget Management: Effectively manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation aligned with business goals and ROI targets, while providing regular forecasts and updates to senior leadership.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, sales, and analytics teams to ensure growth campaign strategies are integrated with overall business initiatives for seamless execution across all touchpoints.
• Performance Reporting: Generate regular reports and dashboards to monitor key campaign metrics, communicate results and insights to stakeholders, and inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in growth marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing roles.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer acquisition through successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in creating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including proficiency with marketing automation platforms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights to optimize performance and ROI.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas and strategies to senior leadership and cross-functional teams effectively.
