Role Overview

We are looking for an Event Assistant to help plan and manage various events that align with BingX’s business objectives. You will play a key role in organizing events, ensuring they run smoothly, and creating impactful experiences that strengthen our brand both regionally and globally. This is a full-time, remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential events that support BingX’s strategic goals.
• Maintain and update a global events calendar to streamline event management.
• Develop and execute event strategies that align with BingX’s brand objectives.
• Manage all aspects of event logistics, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Attend and oversee on-site event operations, ensuring smooth execution.
• Utilize social media to promote interactive campaigns and enhance event visibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate event goals and ensure alignment with company strategies.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in event planning and execution, preferably in the blockchain, financial, or technology sectors.
• Ability to manage and execute medium-scale projects independently.
• Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Branding, or Public Relations.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing business needs.
• Knowledge of blockchain and financial industry trends to tailor events accordingly.
• Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
