About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our growing global team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our social media presence across various platforms. You will work closely with product marketing, content, events, and brand teams to create engaging content that strengthens our global footprint and drives customer engagement. You will also assist with various social media initiatives to grow the business and manage the operational aspects of our social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage daily content for multiple social media platforms, including Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook, with a focus on product content.
• Ensure the smooth execution of social media operations, managing multiple content distribution requests and aligning priorities within the editorial calendar.
• Collaborate with the brand team to creatively bring brand moments to life and engage audiences.
• Work closely with product marketing to effectively communicate key product moments to target audiences.
• Analyze social media metrics and optimize strategies based on performance insights.
• Travel within Asia to provide on-the-ground social media coverage for events as needed.
• Support the social media team in growing channels and optimizing both evergreen and trending content.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of the crypto market and related trends.
• Proven experience growing and managing social media communities on Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to create engaging and effective social media content.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and align expectations.
• A mindset for learning and continuous improvement, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
